As your Councilman, I fought successfully to balance six consecutive city budgets. Despite California's financial crisis and the state's taking of city funds, we have not reduced any essential services or increased taxes.

I will continue to make sure that Westminster taxpayers do not pay for the state government's failures.

I have successfully reduced city taxes while in office, and I have never voted for any tax increase.

I want our police, fire and paramedic services to remain the best, with even more emphasis on crime/gang prevention.

I am proud to be endorsed for re-election by your Westminster Police Officers' Association.

Our innovative Infrastructure Revitalization Program, which I helped create, has increased repair of our streets and infrastructure without increasing taxes.

I am a lifelong resident of Westminster. My wife, Wendy, and I own our home and raise our children here. I am a Board Member and past President of the Westminster Boys and Girls Club and former District Chairman for the Boy Scouts.

I will always work hard to represent you, not the special interests, to preserve our residential neighborhoods, and to protect property values. Call me anytime with your ideas and questions.
